- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolute disgrace! Shambolic. Don't care attitude. Asked to make an appointment, can't do that anymore!!....have to ring on the day and ask if a Doctor is " available" on that day! Receptionist actually asked me " what exactly is your problem" told her it was an an on going illness and needed to make an appointment to speak to a Doctor of my choice, was told " you will just have to ring on the morning" as no specific appointments with a Doctor of your choice are available, so basically pot luck!. The only decent person there has now apparently left the surgery ( can't blame her). I am now in the process of changing my Doctors, whatever happens, i'm sure it will be better than this utterly useless practice.by andrea brittonJuly 26, 2017
